Who you are dealing with

Heysen Media is one person. The clients are Australian. There is no Australian office, no Australian team and nobody in Adelaide.

It is not a branch of a larger firm, and there is no account manager behind the person you speak to. Calls are booked into Adelaide business hours. Email gets a reply the same working day.

The ad account is in your name. The customer list, the landing page and the enquiries are yours. The invoice is in Australian dollars. None of that depends on where the person building the campaign is sitting. Full detail on how we work.

The site is heysenmedia.com, not .com.au. A .com.au requires an Australian presence and there is not one.

Nobody here has stood on an Adelaide roof or quoted a job. You know your suburbs. If sitting in the same city matters more than anything here, use an Adelaide agency. We would rather you got there in fifteen minutes than in three months.

Nine years, and what they are not

Meta paid acquisition for home improvement businesses, across several niches. One person's experience, not a team's. There is no team.

Sectors: Roofing, HVAC, flooring, windows.

What it is not

Not years in solar, and not in South Australia. Not years of battery retrofit campaigns, because the federal rebate that makes them work is recent. Anyone claiming a decade of battery-retrofit results is describing a market that did not exist.

What you can check instead

Experience is a claim. The insights quote the New Energy Tech Consumer Code by clause number and carry the date each source was checked. Readwhat clause 3 actually prohibits and judge the person who wrote it.

Compliance and the rules we write to

You are not paying us to write emails. You are paying for campaigns written against the rules your customers are protected by.

Anyone can ask an AI to write a marketing email. An AI does not know how the federal Cheaper Home Batteries Program works, or which step-down date applies to which install.

We write every claim in your ads and messages to follow the Australian Consumer Law and the New Energy Tech Consumer Code (NETCC).

We write creative that follows the code. Compliance stays your legal responsibility. We make it easier to meet, not something you hand over.

The ceiling

Six to eight retained clients. That is the ceiling of this business as it is built, and it is deliberate. A campaign takes roughly eight to twelve hours a month once it is running, and more in the first month. At eight clients we stop taking clients rather than hire somebody to keep selling.

What that means for you

  • Nobody gets handed to a junior, because there is no junior.
  • The person on the 15-minute call writes your emails and is on the monthly call. There is no handover.
  • If we are full when you enquire, we say so. A straight answer and a rough date, not a waitlist.

The trade-off runs the other way too. One person gets sick, takes a day off, and has no colleague to cover a send. If that is a risk you will not carry on a marketing supplier, that is a fair reason to say no.

Why this work, and why SA

This work. There is a federal schedule with published dates, and the customer already exists in your own records. You write to him. You do not have to find him or outbid anyone for him.

South Australia. The certificate scheme is federal. Network rules, export limits and the installer names a homeowner knows are local, so one state means one set of rules to learn. If you are in Victoria or Queensland, we are not for you yet.

The name

Heysen, said HIGH-sen, after Hans Heysen, who painted South Australia. It was not invented in a branding exercise and it is not a solar pun.

Fifteen minutes on the phone

In Adelaide hours. Ask where we are. The answer on the call is the same as the answer on this page.
